Our Services to Dental Professionals

Doug’s passion for working with the dental profession now spans several decades. You may know him from his years with The Group at Cox in Canada. That’s where his fascination with personal growth, leadership, team development, and creating memorable patient experiences began.

As a highly respected and popular international speaker, Doug has extensive experience with dental professionals and dental teams who are committed to continuing education and the pursuit of excellence. His speaking activities continue to include national, state and provincial dental associations, along with dental academies, local dental societies, and study clubs.

Doug also writes a monthly column in Dental Economics entitled Unleashing Your Potential.

For many years, Marlyn has partnered with Doug in working with dentistry. Her professional experience, her certification as a Master Credentialed Coach (MCC), and her specialized skills as a group facilitator blend effectively with Doug’s presentation skills. They have become a unique team in conducting Workshops for dentists and teams, and Team Coaching Retreats for individual dental practices. Marlyn also provides Coaching Services to dentists.
